Description
Responsibilities
- Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects execution (data collection, econometric modeling, post-analyses, report creation, presentation delivery)
- Based on various data sources, responsible for the creation of comprehensive analyses in the area of marketing strategy and its optimization
- Development of analytical and consulting products (methodologies) leveraging econometrics and or data science
- Collaboration with a group of fast-paced, extremely dedicated coworkers who are all passionate about analytics & econometrics

Requirements
- Education: economics & quantitative field (3rd -5th year students are welcome), e.g. econometrics, statistics, market research, economics, mathematics, other scientific or equivalent practical experience
- Practical experience working with R & RStudio (e.g. lm function), familiarity with the Tidyverse (dplyr, tidyr, magrittr etc.) is an advantage, but is not required
- Person full of passion to work at the interface between analytics, data and consulting
- Attentive and error-avoiding person
- Very good command of English
- Readiness to accept challenges
- Willingness to grow and develop in the area of client relationship building
- High priority assigned to constant development of oneself
- Availability of minimum 32h/week (if student, working hours can be flexibly adjusted to university courses)

It’s enough if you
- Are truly passionate about Data Science
- Have at least 3 years of experience in data science and you led a team or mentored at least 1 other data scientist
- Have expertise in statistical programming language – R & R Studio and/or Python
- Familiarity with SQL is not mandatory, but would be an added value
- Are interested in/curious about Computer Science, not afraid of learning how to write a script/program in a new language
- Have a quantitative background, ideally in one of the below: data science, computer science, statistics, econometrics, big data/databases/BI.
- Have a very good command of English (able to contribute to/lead conference calls in English from time to time)
- Have very good communication skills and experience in having a client facing role

Description
Do obowiązków na tym stanowisku będzie należało:
- optymalizowanie rozłożenia budżetów z wykorzystaniem dedykowanych, autorskich narzędzi
- zbieranie, konsolidacja i analiza danych
- wsparcie przy rozwoju metodologii oraz narzędzi
- wsparcie przy tworzenie rekomendacji odnośnie komunikacji marek
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
- przynajmniej podstawowego zrozumienia ekonometrii i metod analizy statystycznej
- wykształcenia ilościowego (preferowane ekonometria, statystyka, badania rynku, ekonomia) – studenci IV/V roku studiów mile widziani
- zainteresowania marketingiem i mediami
- biegłej umiejętności obsługi programów Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego
- samodzielności i dokładności
- dostępności na pełen lub 4/5 etatu (tj. minimum 32 godzin tygodniowo)
